Matthew KaufmanMatthew Kaufman, MD
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Kaufman received his medical degree from SUNY-Downstate College of Medicine and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he was chief resident. Since completing his training, he has practiced and served as an administrator in NYC area emergency departments. Prior to practicing emergency medicine, Dr. Kaufman trained in internal medicine and hematology-oncology. He was considered a key opinion leader in research and clinical practice treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia. He has over 40 publications, including a series of 7 medical training books in their 3rd edition. Dr. Kaufman has board certifications in internal medicine, emergency medicine, hematology and oncology. In his spare time, he directs a disaster preparedness training program in Central America.
Ismael CuberoIsmael Cubero MD
Chief Information Officer
Dr. Cubero received his medical degree from the College of Medicine at SUNY Downstate. He completed his emergency medicine training at Jacobi/Montefiore Medical Center, where he was chief resident. After graduating, Dr. Cubero served as a clinical instructor at a major academic medical center and helped develop medical simulation training for the emergency physicians. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and has received multiple awards recognizing his outstanding clinical work and dedication to medical education. Additionally, Dr. Cubero has served as the residency site director at one of New York City’s premier level 1 trauma centers. Dr. Cubero is dedicated to improving access to medical care and the use of technology to serve that end.

Deven Unadkat, DO, MPA, FACEP
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Unadkat received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a masters degree in health administration and policy from New York University. He completed his emergency medicine training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he was chief resident. He served as the assistant emergency medicine residency director and is an assistant professor at a major medical school in the New York area. Dr. Unadkat has spent over 10 years caring for patients in various settings including: urgent care, observation units, free-standing ERs, academic trauma centers, and community hospitals. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Mansoor KhanMansoor Khan, MD
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Khan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine and a member of the American College of Emergency Medicine and the American College of Physicians. He received his bachelors degree at City College of New York's Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education and his medical degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. Dr. Khan completed his combined emergency medicine/internal medicine residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he was chief resident. He is board-certified in emergency medicine and internal medicine, and holds a masters degree in healthcare management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Over the last several years, Dr. Khan has served as a director of various major emergency departments in the New York City area.

Dr. Maulik TrivediDr. Maulik Trivedi

Dr. Maulik Trivedi received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and obtained his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, Washington D.C. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Morristown Memorial Medical Center. As a practicing emergency medicine physician for over 16 years, he is a diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine, and a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine. He has served as the chairman or associate at several emergency departments in the NYC area. He has also been an integral part of the core leadership in emergency medicine provider groups in the region.
