Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Skills Required: 

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills along with good decision-making capability.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), experience with web applications (Zoom) preferred, along with proficiency with Google applications.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-starter

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responds to potential customer inquiries with formal and informal presentations
  • Communicates the value of StationMD with prospects and clients
  • Develops thorough understanding of each account’s industry and business
  • Maintains accurate records of customer contacts including emails, invoices, and delivery of support services
  • Builds relationships at all levels within organizations

As Needed:

  • Conducts cold calls, network, prospect and qualify account opportunities
  • Attends and presents at industry conferences
  • Provides on-site training to users
  • Provides live customer support in person, via computer, at conferences and over the phone
  • Works both independently and remotely and as part of a diverse and dynamic organization

Skills Required:

Preferences:

  • Experience working in management or clinical positions in the developmental disability field
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Interest in computers, social media, developmental disabilities, marketing, teaching, traveling, public speaking and presenting

  • Under the direction of head developer, maintain our StationConnect platform including, but not limited to:
    • Maintaining information tables (users, clients, resources, etc.)
    • Troubleshooting issues as they arise
    • Upgrading server, database, and other software packages as required
  • Develop monthly reports for each client site and quality review team to run automatically
  • Create unit tests for new and existing code
  • Enhance and improve systems as needed

Requirements:

  1. Must understand full stack web development, from creating a user interface in HTML to back end business logic. Our platform is based on the Laravel PHP framework, and familiarity with Laravel/Vue is essential
  2. Relational Database: MySQL preferred, but experience with MSSQL or Oracle is acceptable
  3. Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript
  4. Must be familiar with Ubuntu (or another Unix)

Education/Training:

Bachelor’s degree (or be pursuing a degree) in computer science (or related field).

Looking to hire someone immediately on a part time basis and can be flexible based on school schedule.  Position has opportunity to become full time position in the future.

This supplemental income opportunity provides you with the convenience to conduct phone or video consults from home or away from the office using any tablet, phone, or computer. Schedule is extremely flexible.

Malpractice coverage provided.

Requirements: Must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Practice or have emergency medicine experience.  Work a minimum of 20 hours per month.  Must be licensed in one state and must be willing to complete processing for multiple unrestricted medical licenses.  Federal DEA required for prescription of non-narcotics.  Minimal to no malpractice history or Medicaid/Medicare sanctions.  U.S.Citizen or valid Green Card holder
