  • Maintain and support SQL server with VM software,
  • Install remote access software on all client devices to facilitate support.
  • Provide support for client devices remotely and on site when issue cannot be resolved remotely.
  • Provider company support for devices and software issues for employees and independent contractors.
  • Advise on software and hardware purchases
  • Purchase and assemble client hardware when required
  • Provide end-user training at client sites on telemedicine platform as required
  • Serve as technician on new hardware and software installation, regular maintenance, troubleshooting, service interruptions and networking
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all client communication, system specifications and work performed
  • Clearly communicate updates and issues to management
  • Compose project quotes and timelines
  • Facilitate change management, training employees on technology updates and processes
  • Educate clients on relevant changes in technology

Qualifications:

  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Excellent problem-solving ability: must be able to efficiently analyze an issue and make appropriate recommendations on how to proceed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Superb written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to prioritize—understanding the bigger picture for both the client and the business

Requirements:

  • Strong Mac and Windows OS experience
  • Understanding of core concepts of VoIP and Networking
  • Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • IT Experience: 1 year professional or through school

Must be onsite at times so travel within the 5 boroughs of NYC required, but can be scheduled at consultant’s convenience.

Salary: $20/hour

Location:

  • Most work can be done remotely except when on site troubleshooting required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responds to potential customer inquiries with formal and informal presentations
  • Communicates the value of StationMD with prospects and clients
  • Develops thorough understanding of each account’s industry and business
  • Maintains accurate records of customer contacts including emails, invoices, and delivery of support services
  • Builds relationships at all levels within organizations

As Needed:

  • Conducts cold calls, network, prospect and qualify account opportunities
  • Attends and presents at industry conferences
  • Provides on-site training to users
  • Provides live customer support in person, via computer, at conferences and over the phone
  • Works both independently and remotely and as part of a diverse and dynamic organization

Skills Required:

  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with good decision-making capability.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and speech).
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), experience with web applications (Zoom) preferred, along with proficiency with Google applications.
  • Must have the ability to successfully develop and execute a winning sales strategy.
  • Proficient in maintaining of prospect tracking documentation for new sales opportunities and to managing and documenting oversight of implementation of new clients.
  • Excellent in developing and maintaining relationships with the current customer base and should be able to use consultative and sales skills to clearly understand customers’ business requirements and recommend how StationMD will solve their business need.

Preferences:

  • Experience working in management or clinical positions in the developmental disability field
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Interest in computers, social media, developmental disabilities, marketing, teaching, traveling, public speaking and presenting
